IX.Playing conditions
      • Scheveningen system tournament - 5 rounds
      • The time limit: 40 moves /90 min + 30 min. for the remaining moves. From move 1 30 sec. will be added after each move. Expected duration of one round - about 5 hours.
      • The tournament shall be played according to FIDE regulations
      • The games can not be postponed, or delayed.
      • Late in the round of more than 15 minutes means loss.
      • Draw before 40 moves of the game (and absence of three-fold repetition) will be interpreted as double-sided walkover.
X.Prizes
      • Total prize pool of about 25 000 PLN (6000 Euro)
      • Taxes according to Polish law

XI.Responsibilities of the players

      • Players and coaches are required to attend the opening and closing ceremonies of the tournament, and appropriate clothing resulting from the contract regulations
XII.Others
      • The final interpretation of the rules is to the Organizing Committee
